A public investigative hearing will be conducted by the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission’s designated hearing officer, the Hon. Bernard Harwood, beginning on July 27, 2026, 9:00 AM, at University of Alabama USC Community Safe Room, 1690 Ruby Tyler Parkway, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35404. The hearing will be an evidentiary proceeding conducted under the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act. It is contemplated that the designated hearing officer will provide a recommended order which, along with any exceptions filed by the parties, will be considered by the Commission at a later date at a publicly noticed meeting. No meeting of the Commission, or of any committee or subcommittee thereof, will be held as part of the hearing, and this notice is provided for informational purposes only.
