PROPOSED RULE CHANGES
The following rule change proposals were approved for publication and public comment by the Commission on February 12, 2026. In accordance with Ala. Code Section 41-22-5(a), these proposed rule changes were published and available for comment for a period of 35 days, beginning on February 27, 2026, and ending on April 3, 2026. The Commission, at its meeting on April 9, 2026, will consider the public comments received by the deadline and consider final adoption of the rule changes.
