The following rule change proposals were approved for publication and public comment by the Commission on February 12, 2026. In accordance with Ala. Code Section 41-22-5(a), these proposed rule changes will be published and available for comment for a period of 35 days, beginning on February 27, 2026, and ending on April 3, 2026. Public comments must be made in writing to the Commission at comment@amcc.alabama.gov. Comments received after April 3, 2026, will not be considered.
